Mayu Nishimura, Ph.D. (2013-2015)

Mayu Nishimura is currently the Director of Research of the Kindergarten Vision Screening Program at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada. Her research involves designing a cost-effective, school-based universal vision screening program to prevent amblyopia, a vision disorder that is the number one cause of blindness in one eye in the Western world, if left untreated.
